AFT Local 1904 is proud to have participated in the inaugural Montclair State University Montclair State University Athletics Women’s Basketball game and honors the recognized women including former Athletic Director Holly Gera, The Montclair Girl Jennifer Tripucka and East Orange BOE VP Medina Muhammad!

What an excellent start to the 2025-26 academic year!

In September, Local 1904 was joined by AFT New Jersey President Jennifer Higgins at our membership meeting, followed by Council of NJ State College Locals - AFT President Emari DiGiorgio at the October meeting.

Both leaders provided important updates to the AFT Local 1904 membership on statewide matters that impact our members and outlined areas that all can volunteer and participate across all levels of labor.
