Dlamtraining
Dlamtraining provides basketball players with the tools to take their game to the next level and achieve their goals.
Maybe it’s semantics, but intention is everything when getting in the gym. Even if it’s just wanting to get a bunch of shots up and get a sweat in, given that’s what supports what your goals are, it’s important to know what you’re looking to get out of the process.
4 tactics to improve your ISO play and what to avoid
Share this with a player who does well when there are set plays/advantages already created but struggles otherwise!
Without a specific set of rules for where to go, when to do something, and when to shoot, a lot of players get lost in the mix. Here’s a framework you can use to play in any system under any coach

How much you develop this offseason is going to come down to how well you can plan for the role you’ll be filling next season. A great way to start that off is by narrowing down the skills that you’ll need into one of these four lanes:
1. Decision-making: this is going to come from a multitude of situations like certain actions, driving through gaps, finishing the rim, or dumping it down to your teammates, etc.
2. Shot-making: shot-making is going to be contested finishing, being able to, or I guess contested shooting, being able to create your shot in general.
3. Handling: this is going to be handling pressure, both off the dribble and off the catch, traps, full court man-to-man, etc.
4. Defending your position: this is going to be either perimeter defense or post defense, navigating through screens, etc.

This is basketball at the highest level, not just talent or next-level sets, but the ability to make quick decisions, to flow into next actions that create advantages, and obviously, shot making at a high level.
