A Statement to our Mosaic Employees, Colleagues, and Friends:

Dear Team,

As you may know, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade this morning, a decision to which the leadership at MOSAIC is adamantly opposed. We believe this will have immense and negative repercussions, creating additional hardships on millions of women, pregnant peoples and families, many of whom are living in underserved communities with already limited access to healthcare.

At this company, we believe that healthcare is not a privilege, but a human right. Over the years, the partners at MOSAIC have gone through painstaking efforts to ensure that every full time employee has unfettered access to quality healthcare. Along those lines, we also believe that the right to choose is a healthcare decision that should be left in the hands of the patient and their doctor. Furthermore, everyone deserves safe and equal access to abortion regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, ethnicity, age, class, immigration status and ability.

Because of that belief, we will continually fight to ensure that the healthcare providers we choose to offer Mosaic employees support reproductive + sexual health and will continue to ensure access to abortion.

We also recognize how the precedence of today's ruling could impact other landmark decisions that have confirmed our human and civil rights. We share in this fear and will continue to stay informed and lead from a place of inclusivity as we advocate for all of our unalienable rights.

We will continue to work with organizations who share the same values as us and who choose to fight on behalf of millions of individuals and families who now have a much more difficult and complicated journey ahead of them.

We take pride in the company that we have built and will use our influence and values as much as we can to "Do More Good" and "Lift Every Voice", as best we can. Your thoughts, feelings, and concerns matter to us and you will always have a voice at this company. Please know that as long as you work at Mosaic, you are not alone.
