Uovo in Raviolo Special for 🌼Mother’s Day🌼 .osteria
A single raviolo is filled with ricotta and spinach and an egg yolk is sealed inside the pasta.
Finished with brown butter and black truffle, when cut, the pasta oozes a creamy sauce of yolk and cheese which blends beautifully with the butter / truffle sauce.
A real treat for a special day!
