I’ve had a lot of questions about vagus nerve because I think our “feeds” are full of information about it. One more thing “we have to do.”
Ironically these are easy exercises. I give to most of my clients (with some expert details on modifications if there is any discomfort at all). 
The vagus nerve needs space to send signals up and down your body so that it can do its job keeping you calm even in moments of chaos: all involuntarily.
Vagus nerve is a large component of your parasympathetic system, which is involuntary and connects our brain, our heart and our digestion. When our body is tight and the nerve doesn’t have the “space” to for vital communication in your nervous system.
Yoga, meditation and bodywork can be very effective in supporting you in this area.

Summer Athlete Program is here ☀️💪

We’re excited to kick off another season dedicated to helping young athletes build strength, confidence, and resilience both on and off the field.

This year’s program will be led by Coaches Aidan Casinghino and Maddie Theriault—two coaches who bring energy, experience, and a genuine passion for developing athletes at every level. They’re focused on creating a supportive environment where athletes can improve performance, learn proper movement, and have fun doing it.

Whether your athlete is looking to stay in shape for their sport or take their training to the next level, this program is designed to meet them where they’re at and help them grow.
