Bathroom remodel in Plum. Plumbing done by Karpinski Plumbing. We had to do a complete gut to completely get rid of any mold. Added an exhaust fan out the roof to keep everything ventilated.

We did 3,200 sq. Ft. Of 2x2 drop ceiling in the social hall at the export moose

Came across some termites. Had to take the whole front of the garage apart and reframe it. There was nothing left to the bottom plate or sill plate. It was barely standing. So glad we were able to save everything before it was too late.

All new flooring and baseboards on the first floor. Removed all the wallpaper in the powder room and updated it. Got rid of all the wallpaper in the entryway and upstairs hallway. Swirled the walls to match the rest of the house.


Upgrade a basement. All new flooring. Replaced some water damage. Found a broken toilet pipe and had to jackhammer the floor to replace the broken terra-cotta. Sanded down the paneling, prepped and painted. Replaced all the ceiling tile and upgrade the lighting to LED recess. 


Have a customer that just moved out and wanted to sell the house. We had to fix it right without doing the whole bathroom and we only had a limited supply of the old tile that was discontinued.
