Yesterday, one of our athletes taught a powerful lesson in leadership, kindness, and courage.

She climbed a steep muddy hill, faced obstacles that scared her, and pushed through every doubt she had.

But what stood out most wasn’t that she made it to the top.

It was that once she got there, she turned around and said, “I have to help other people.”

At almost 10 years old, she spent her time reaching out her hand to help others overcome the same obstacle she had just conquered.

That’s the kind of athlete we’re proud to celebrate.

Strong enough to climb.
Brave enough to try.
Kind enough to help others along the way.

That’s why we created Mini Auroras! A fun, low-cost, beginner-friendly team where little girls can tumble, cheer, make friends, build confidence, and figure out what they love.

Because at this age, fun comes first. ✨ Registration opens soon!

As mothers ourselves, we understand that behind every athlete is someone cheering the loudest, encouraging through the hard days, driving to practices, celebrating the wins, and lifting them up after the losses.

Mothers help shape more than athletes, they help shape confidence, resilience, discipline, and heart.

At Ascend, we believe supporting the whole child starts with recognizing the incredible impact parents, especially moms, have in their children’s lives both on and off the field, mat, and court. Your love, sacrifice, and support create the foundation that allows young athletes to grow beyond limits, beyond goals, and beyond what they thought possible.
