We’ve been quietly exploring the possibility of putting together a small Holiday Bazaar event in Lambertville this December, and before we get too far, we wanted to see what the interest might be.

Nothing is fully confirmed yet, we’re simply feeling things out.
If we move forward, it would be a relaxed, cozy evening featuring local artists and makers.

So we’re curious:

Contrast Spotlight: Amanda Timko of Whispered Legends Artistry

This gorgeous woven basket by Amanda Timko captures the spirit of Contrast in both texture and tone. The natural fibers meet vibrant painted sections, creating a dialogue between organic warmth and intentional design.

As Amanda describes it:

“Contrast between the natural colored fibers of the woven basket and the painted sections. There is also a contrast between the hardness of the reed and the softness of the thread.”

Amanda’s work was a standout at our October event, and this piece continues to showcase her thoughtful craftsmanship and eye for detail. It’s a perfect example of how materials can hold their own quiet conversation when guided by an artist’s touch.

Contrast Spotlight: Tom Gerweck

This striking piece from Tom Gerweck was originally a class project — created years ago using black paper cut and glued on foam core. It’s a perfect reminder that creativity doesn’t always need elaborate tools to make an impact.

The bold black-and-white composition pulls your eye in with its crisp lines and layered shapes — a true visual treat that plays beautifully with our theme of Contrast.
