Mr. B's shoulder was broken when the truck he was driving was slammed into by someone backing out of a parking garage into the roadway without looking. He hired one of those big firms down in New Orleans that claim to be "local." When the big city firm couldn't help him get his vehicle--his livelihood--out of the repair shop, he called us.
