Still reminiscing on last Saturday - Race 2 recap

Day started out great,made it to the track early and got everything set up. Ran 2 good practices, straight into qualifying P3. Finished heat in P3 as well. Ended up starting P2 in the main, and never looked back. There was one restart that didn’t affected us and we were able to stay out front for the rest of the race. We got our First 1st place of the season!

Good afternoon race fans! The sun is out and the cars are getting ready to roll. Hope to see you out supporting Heats start at 5pm, Mains at 6pm. If you can’t make it out, we will be posting updates all night long!

Season Opener- Recap

After getting the car Monday afternoon, we knew we only had 5 days left till it needed to be ready, yet the only thing that filled the garage those long nights were excitement and determination. Thank you to those that showed up so we could run, this podium was for all of us! Bryce Skowron

Evening started with 2 good practices (our first laps in the new season). Right into qualifying P4 with a 18.10. Came out of the heat race P1 after battling around cars. A full invert was pulled, we ended up starting P5 in the main. After an early wreck that we avoided we sat P2, able to get around the leading car we rode P1 for a handful of laps until being passed by the overly fast 41 of Mark Hubbard. Didn’t look back after that. Finished P2 on the night for a podium.

Another good race day in the books!

Car was fast out of the box. Ran a 18.0 in first practice, chasing a loose in. Made a few slight adjustments and went out for second practice. Car was better but still not fully resolved.

After continuing with adjustments we went out for qualifying. The problems we were chasing before were resolved. Ran an 18.0 and qualified P5 right behind teammate #69. Unfortunately, coming in the car was stuck in 4th gear due to a broken shifter.

A big thanks to Steve Cox for taking time to check out the transmission and the team for getting a new shifter to the track and installed in time for heat races!

Heat race was nothing special. Started P2 and brought the car back in one piece. which is more than we could ask for.

Went out in the mains feeling good. Started P5 and instantly knew having patience was key, watching the cars in front get aggressive it was only a matter of time before a caution was thrown. Caution came and I was able to avoid the other cars and gain position during the restart. Ran P3 the rest of the race until a late caution came out with 6 to go. Restarted behind the 3 car of Andy Sole, stayed on his bumper forcing the 06 to stay on the outside. Was able to clear the 06 and take P2 at the checked.

After being involved in a wreck and sent off turn one. Teammate Austin camp in the 69 was able to continue and run a solid race finishing just behind in P4. Thankful for both cars making it through to the checkered this race!

Would say it was the best race we have ran this season while truly competing clean and fair with the other fast cars in this class. A big thank you to the crew for all the work put into the car before and during the race and to each and every one of our sponsors!

Mains start at 6!

Summer showdown recap
A big thank you to and for putting on an amazing weekend!

This past weekend was bittersweet. Well on one hand we got to spend the weekend doing what we love with good friends and family, it’s a frustrating feeling to work so hard and not cross at the checkered flag.

Thursday night we unloaded and did some last minute work making sure the 18J was ready to role the next day!

Friday came around and we were ready to get on the track. Practices went well, qualifying 6th. We started on the pole. Side by side with our teammate #69 .69 in P2. Such and amazing feeling. Rode P1 and P2 for about 6 laps until a mechanical issue was caused and we were forced to park the car.

Our 69 car continued to battle in the front of the class. After an incident, he ended up losing a RR tire, twice. And tore a break line. Being forced to park his car as well.

We were happy to see the #9 legend .9 turn some amazing laps and finish on both Friday and Saturday! Great job

Unfortunately both ARC racing street stocks DNF in the summer showdown 2025.
However. Shortly after the race we were reminded by one of our best crew guys that we would be back out there soon and we just needed to Let It Go, We appreciate you AJ! (Slide 5)

Another amazing race weekend is in the books and we are thankful to be apart of such an amazing community, that puts on some great racing!
