CUSTOMIZATION:

Yes! I hand paint each sign. ;) I begin by seasoning each chalkboard with chalk and then I trace out the design with chalk. I then use chalk markers so the design will not smudge off like regular chalk. The design is not waterproof so please ensure it is kept dry. (Unless you would like me to use permanent material. Please specify in your order message otherwise regular paint pen will be used)

TURNAROUND TIME:
Usually takes 1-2 weeks to make item, then depending if you pick up item or need it shipped may add edition time. SHIPPING:
Shipping amounts are different for every item! Most of my items are available in a wide range of sizes and it is not possible to accurately estimate the shipping based on size. Shipping Cost Includes: Actual Postage, Insurance (when applies), Shipping Box, Packing Materials & Bubble Wrap. Please contact me with your shipping address for an accurate shipping quote. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
There are no refunds on any custom orders with the exception of exchanges due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. If you receive the wrong order or are unhappy with your order when it arrives, contact me WITHIN 48 hours of receiving it. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product or wrong item shipped. In the event of a refund rather than exchange, I require the item to be return at your own expense. No shipping costs will be refunded in the event of a return. Please keep in mind I hand make each item so it may vary slightly from the photos. I will always do my best to ensure that you are satisfied but I ask that you understand these are custom hand-made items that I put alot of time into. IN A RUSH?
