💰 What is a Pre-Advance Loan?
A pre-advance loan allows eligible clients to receive a portion of their expected tax refund before the IRS releases it.

🗓 When can I apply?
Pre-advance loans are available once your tax return is prepared and ready to be filed with GKM Financial, early as January 2, 2026.

📋 What do I need to qualify?
✔️ Valid photo ID
✔️ Social Security card or ITIN
✔️ Last pay stub or proof of income (if applicable)
✔️ Prior-year tax return (if applicable)
✔️ Completed loan application
✔️ Bank account in your name

⚠️ Is approval guaranteed?
No. All pre-advance loans are subject to lender approval and depend on income, refund amount, and IRS compliance.

⏱ How fast will I receive funds?
If approved, funds are typically sent within 24 hours after acceptance.

💵 How is the loan repaid?
The loan is automatically repaid from your tax refund once the IRS releases it—no separate payments needed.

🚫 What can delay or deny approval?
❌ Incomplete or incorrect documents
❌ IRS issues (IP PIN, identity verification, prior-year debt)
❌ Bank account not in taxpayer’s name
