I have STRUGGLED with sourdough... Forever... I could never find a recipe that actually worked for me.

Last night I was feeling confident and decided to wing it, I put in the starter, water, flour, and salt until I got a decent consistency. Followed the basic rules about shaping and fermentation and it turned out PERFECT!

The flavor is amazing and it is extremely soft with a crunchy crust!
