Meet Christie Bention — Neurofeedback Technician & Licensed Clinical Mental Health Associate.

Christie finds great joy in witnessing the subtle yet powerful transformation that can happen with each “beep” of neurofeedback. She’s continually inspired by the lasting, restorative changes clients experience through this work, and she approaches every session with warmth, care, and genuine enthusiasm.

Outside of Renewed Mentality, Christie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their adult children, finding renewal in both nature and meaningful connection.

Not everyone experiences summer as a season of rest.
Even positive activities can be exhausting when there’s no time to recharge. A packed calendar doesn’t always equal a fulfilling season.
If summer feels overwhelming, consider:
âś“ Maintaining a few consistent routines
âś“ Scheduling downtime intentionally
âś“ Setting boundaries around commitments
âś“ Letting go of unrealistic expectations

You don’t have to make this the “best summer ever.” It’s okay to move at your own pace and create a season that supports your well-being.

Sometimes the signs that you need support aren’t loud.
