I promised the buyers on a small 20 acre tract I’m selling them that I’d flag their interior boundary line after the survey to save them a little money. I started here.

Some dozer work and a load of rock on a small hill that gets slick when it rains can make a big difference when trying to sell a timberland tract. Prospective buyers can get in and around much easier to see all the character some of these tracts have. This will likely be time & money well spent for the seller.

3. We let the listing agent handle all their own leads so they can also be the selling agent and make both sides of the commission as often as possible.
4. We handle all the administrative tasks so you can just list and sell.
5. We pay for all the advertising.
