Some dozer work and a load of rock on a small hill that gets slick when it rains can make a big difference when trying to sell a timberland tract. Prospective buyers can get in and around much easier to see all the character some of these tracts have. This will likely be time & money well spent for the seller.

RecLand is looking to add a few more experienced land agents this year in our covered states. Here's a summary of what we do:
1. We just do land.
2. We keep the money as simple as possible with no fees, nor any extra “cut” to a franchise or corporate entity.
3. We let the listing agent handle all their own leads so they can also be the selling agent and make both sides of the commission as often as possible.
4. We handle all the administrative tasks so you can just list and sell.
5. We pay for all the advertising.
