This old exterior outlet wasn't GFCI protected nor was it rated for outdoor exposure.

We replaced it with a new one with proper WR/GFCI protection and a more protective cover. It's safer AND looks better.

Outdoor outlets can take a beating year round in the PNW. They need to be weather resistant and GFCI protected to prevent shocks and electrical faults when moisture gets involved.
