Master Butler is based in Monroe, Washington and services the Eastside of Lake Washington. We take great pride in having high customer retention and in keeping quality employees. We offer seasoned and experienced technicians to our customers. Hours are flexible. We can hire seasonal or year-round employees and will work around your college schedules or personal goals.

Services include installing holiday lights, gutters and roof cleaning, windows cleaning, and pressure washing.

Work requirements for the job include lifting a 28ft ladder and climbing ladders, being comfortable walking on flat and medium pitch compositions roofs, and working outdoors in the summer heat and winter cold and rain. Proper apparel and safety gear is provided. Must have a clean driving record, be over the age 18, and be willing to take a background and drug test.

SPRING TIP: Be aware when treating your lawn with fertilizer this season. The overspray can land on your concrete and cause gold spots. If this has happened to you, call us! Most of the time we can remove these spots with our custom stain treatments combined with pressure washing.

Do you know what a downspout is? We think they are pretty neat! It's a strainer that fits on top of your gutter downspout to prevent debris from going into your underground drainage system and prevents blocking. This small device can save you hundreds (sometimes even thousands) of dollars in preventative maintenance. There are many strainers on the market but through our 12 years of experience, we have discovered the best one! Ask us about it!
