Getting started on a new family home in the Indian Land area.

This carport conversion to a new living room is coming along nice.

I’ve been very blessed to be able to get projects like these. The homeowners were fun to work with, and we made an ever lasting friendship helping them achieve their Dream Home! I told them I would be happy to stay in one of the many bedrooms they have!

This was a fun home to build! I didn’t think the change orders would ever stop, but at the end of the day, we have a happy homeowner ready to enjoy her pool and estate property! Custom is I build what you budget, not over charge because I have CUSTOM in my name!

A small renovation that is coming along. We removed the vinyl siding off the rear of the home and replaced with a faux stone, added coffer ceiling and lights into the living room along with removing the rear fireplace and adding the French doors. To save the hardwoods and make everything match, we changed out the granite hearth to a nice tile inlay giving the homeowners a nice transition to the new outside door. The little things go a long way in to change your home’s appeal.
