Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan (CCSEM) implemented Student Prevention Leadership Teams (SPLT) in all Monroe County High Schools in 2015.

Youth leadership teams coordinating substance abuse prevention initiatives in each high school, middle school, and their local communities within Monroe County. In October 2020 SPLT received funding to begin prevention in the all Monroe County Middle schools.
