On the Road Driving Instructor wanted:
PART TIME DRIVING INSTRUCTOR FOR IN THE CAR ON THE ROAD TEACHING. MUST MEET ALL DDS REQUIREMENTS.
Clean Driving record-over 26 yrs. in age due to being on my insurance-Will mostly work in Monroe, Bogart, Watkinsville, Statham and Athens areas. Will TRAIN . Hours vary day to day.
*Pay will be discussed during the first ride along which is required to see if you can handle being on a roller coaster for 6 hrs a day :) NOT KIDDING! It can be rough.

Seriously...Being COURTEOUS & KIND goes along way.
Remember, YOU were a nervous new driver yourself at some point. Tailgating and blowing your horn and screaming at us to go faster makes for a dangerous situation for not only student driver but YOU as well. We teach respect the speed limits and signs. If YOU have so much confidence in your skills, then please feel free to pass us.
We teach all ages, and many have anxiety, so it's a task for them to remain calm. YOU are acting irresponsible preventing them from gaining confidence and also gaining their own independence. Please, think twice about your actions you do to a student driver and anyone else on the road. We all have to be respectful to each other. Driving is a trust issue to us all.

Hi everyone, I gave this advice to a student's 6 years ago and just came across my post again. My opinion remains the same today as it did back then.
*Don't ever let someone else's opinion sway you from what YOU want & CAN do. Believe in yourself. We have been teaching people of all ages & all walks of life for many years, if you want something, go for it! I've taught people that speak no English Successfully. I've taught a few with terets and many types of autisms as has Ms. Phyliss as well AND successfully. We've taught the ones others gave up on.... once again Successfully. Bottom line is...Between Ms. Phyllis & me we have had many challenges & yes, we do go home with body aches & our Chiropractor love us helping them pay their mortgages. 😀
But seriously, don't let Husbands, wives, sisters, brother's, cousins who ever steal your independence.
