Who doesn't love the romance of a wedding in a winery! The rich colors are built in and all you have left to decorate are the final unique touches of each couple. I've had the pleasure of working at a few wineries, and now permanently at my favorite, Sonneveldt Vineyard in Monroe. Each time I am giddy with anticipation of styling the venue. Styling is one of my absolute favorite things of the whole planning process.
Over the past few years we've gathered so much decor to use or rent we can literally set up sweetheart to cake tables, using wine barrels and crates, chandeliers and sparkling fabrics or typewriters with old books and lace. Couples go crazy for the decor they have to browse through and pick from. When we're done and the party is ready to begin, looking around at the carefully strung lights, beautiful tables, and the sound of popping corks getting ready to greet guests, is nothing short of the impeccable beginning to the perfect day.
