Season Opener was AWESOME! We qualified 2nd Fast behind Quentin #17 who set a new Track Record! I started in the back row in the heat race and ended up winning on the last corner by a foot or two taking the Checkered Flag. The Main event was 25 laps. I started in the back row and got to the lead on lap 12 when the caution came out. The line up was V8,17,32,13. I survived the next 13 laps Winning the Main Event! New interior, New setup,New wrap, new , New Attitude. My CHIEF and Crew are back, and I am thankfull for my Family, Friends, and Faith in God to keep me Stronger in Life's challenges than Ever before! This race is in Memory of SRP, Sean Robert Peters. Well racing season is right around the corner and we've been busy in the race shop giving this old girl the lovin she needs.. thanks to everyone that has put in so many hours into this car over the last few weeks she is almost there and we couldn't have done it with out you..

This was the first time this year I haven't been able to race the Figure 8 car , lots of differential damages from the two past weeks of racing broken axles. RACING!! LIFE on other side my wife after 17 years of LYME DISEASE!@ #$^*(^$=@@&, is getting back to being herself giving back to others who need help in life, taking care of her family, and LOVIN her animals. BLESSED Thank you Lord. In 3 weeks we will be at Evergreen Speedway for the Super Figure 8's. Between now and then we might just hit the dirt in Elma! Stay Tuned. BATTLETHIS SRPV8
