R.O.C.K. Our number one goal is to get youth to volunteer. We are here to serve the residents of Monroe County that need our help.

is a program run by its youth volunteers who are high school and college students. We focus on working with children, the elderly, community disaster relief and education, and much more. ROCK is not just about helping others-it can help you as well. We want to help you become all that you can be. This program will provide you with many opportunities and is a lot of fun.
