This month, we're proud to shine the spotlight on Dylan Powers, Front Desk Associate at TownePlace Suites Eugene! As a member of the hotel's opening team, Dylan has been a reliable and positive force from day one. Whether he's assisting guests at the front desk, training new associates, helping other departments, or stepping in wherever needed, Dylan always leads with a team-first attitude and a commitment to excellence.

His dedication hasn't gone unnoticed. With more than 15 guest reviews mentioning him by name, Dylan is known for creating memorable experiences through his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for others. Regional Executive Housekeeper Kaizy Cruz spent a few weeks at Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs. The team was so grateful for all of Kaizy’s help that they threw her a little going-away party!

TownePlace Suites West Des Moines GM Alicia Champagne and Sales Manager Stevi Rae Hobbs attended a Construct IA event through the West Des Moines Chamber. They toured the new 515 Walnut Tower being constructed in downtown Des Moines. This 34 story building will be the 4th largest in the entire state, and the largest residential building between Denver and Chicago.

TownePlace Suites Fayetteville General Manager Dawn Hall was recognized by the Office of the Secretary of Defense with the Patriotic Employer Award. This award is presented to employers who create a supportive workplace for military spouses, allowing them the flexibility to attend military events and fulfill family commitments.
After Dawn was nominated, the Office of the Secretary of Defense learned that she employs several military spouses. They reached out to those employees to learn more about Dawn's leadership and the support she provides.
As part of the recognition, an officer visited the hotel in person to present Dawn with the award. Congratulations Dawn!!!!

Since stepping into the Food & Beverage Manager role in April, AJ has brought fresh energy and exceptional leadership to the Bistro. Her attention to detail, passion for quality, and dedication to her team have helped elevate the guest experience, strengthen team morale, and drive the department's success.

For the 15th year in a row, TownePlace Suites Monroe, LA has been the host hotel for the Miss Louisiana Pageant. Each year, the hotel team hosts the judges and officials. They also have a late night reception for the newly crowned Miss LA after the pageant on Saturday night. Digital Marketing Manager/Sales Admin Leslie Ann Harris, AGM Katiba Tyler and Front Desk Agent Maicyn Lofton represented the hotel at the pageant. The hotel team even got to meet newly crowned Miss Louisiana Shelby Bordelon.
