LB Ranch

Lawrence Bishop, and his wife of 40 years, Darlene, are very busy people. The church is located in Monroe, OH, and has 3100 active members and is still growing.

In addition to running the LB Ranch, a large horse breeding and exporting operation, they also are full time pastors of The Solid Rock Church. The Bishops have welcomed customers and visitors as guests from most parts of the world. Lawrence has been and continues to be involved in many ventures, including; livestock auctioneer, trainer, rancher, rodeo contestant, horse exporter, pastor, missionary

79 years ago today, my mother made a decision against the doctors advice not to get pregnant because it could mean her life . several months after his advice my mother got pregnant, my dad made an appointment with a back alley doctor for my mother to have an abortion. My mother told me they were going out the door and she stopped him and said if I die, I will die but I am not going to kill this baby. Thank God for her decision, because that baby was me —so I celebrate today my mother that is gone on the heaven. Because of her I am here to celebrate another birthday. Thank you my sweet mother. I will see her one day and thank her for her choice to save her baby.
