Had another banner day on Lake Erie!

Got our 3 man limit out on Erie today trolling. Fishing has been great this year. Got a few in Canadian waters then found them in front of the banana d**e. Had a great time with Greg and Keith!

Did a little prefishing for the MWT last weekend. Fish cooperated good enough on tournament day to cash a check. Ended up in 28th place out of 138 boats. Big fish were chomping!

Took the boys from Detroit Boiler out for a great day on the river. Not bad for a 10-3pm trip. Now on to prefishing for the MWT Lake Erie tournament.

What a great morning yesterday jigging the river! Got Chad and Sandi thier limits too. Was not as good as the past trips but we still got a pile of walleye. River should still be great fishing until the end of May until we head to the lake.

Got the guys from Ultra Plumbing a 4 man limit. Detroit river is hot right now. If you want to get in on the action reach out and I’ll get you taken care of.

Got Paul, Rick and Mike a nice limit of walleye! And a 26” kicker. Wind wasn’t too bad but the water was starting to get muddy, but that didn’t bother the fish.

Had a great outing at Tawas Vets & Nets! Ended up with 4 veterans on the boat, one was a father son team. We had lots of laughs and fish caught. We ended up with some bigger fish which got us some hardware to take home. We took 1st and 3rd for big fish which was not expected. Always an honor to take our country’s veterans out on the water, what a cool day! Can’t wait for next year.

Vets with nets was a great success today! Piled up a 4 man limit boating close to 100 fish. Went through almost 100 night crawlers. Fishing is hot 🔥 on Erie right now.

Had a great 2 day trip with Ed, Chad, Ralph and Chris. River cooled off 12-14 degrees in the last 2 days slowing the bite down. Highlight of the trip was fighting a 5-6 ft sturgeon for 30 min having it jump out of the water twice before spitting the hook. Detroit river will only get better in the next few weeks. Get ahold of me if you want to enjoy this world class fishery! Tight lines!!
