Talk about a MASSIVELY cool project. This 600sq ft patio/porch conversion outdoor oasis turned out so awesome!

We extended the concrete slab by almost 200sq ft. Then we installed all the following:

A bronze color steel roof and trim package
Custom electrical for 10 outlets
4 remote controlled tube heaters
3 remote controlled outdoor fans
An electric fireplace that has 12 different color choices
Matching gutters
A white tongue and grove ceiling with matching white trim
And matching hardie board

We absolutely LOVED doing this project. Thank you to our great clients for the opportunity to build this for them!

We updated this pool deck with new severe weather pressure treated deck boards, 2 sets of stairs, black aluminum balusters, 2 new gates and deck lighting!

We love how this project turned out!

NED executed a Roof Down Complete REMODEL of this Screened-In Porch!

We replaced all posts, knee walls, and screen. We always use a BETTERVUE fiberglass mesh screen that is rust proof, insect proof, mold proof, nearly invisible, mildew resistant, heat resistant, glare resistant and fade resistant!

Also, we added T1-11 Plank-Style paneling into the open gable space and ceiling, beautiful matching 1x2 and 2x2 Picture-Frame Style Trim on the inside and outside and an adjustable, spring loaded Screen Door!

This was a great transformation from what they previously had and we love the way it turned out!
