My first request for K-pop demon hunters! I had to do a bit of research for this party! 😂 I didn’t even know who they were but I guess hip 6 year olds do? Event came complete with matching gift boxes, craft table full of activities for children, dance music and all the trimmings for this sweet 6 year old. New venue for me as well. I have never decorated the Snoqualamie golf club.

Springtime parties for my beloved wee ones! That’s what I do when I am not working, yes…I still decorate and throw parties! Here’s the thing with me, children and providing them with happiness, memories & laughter is utterly everything to me. It’s my bliss. Special baby blessing for beautiful couple! Yes, I do love DESI decor so very much. The Indian culture is stunning with its vibrancy of colors, lights, traditions and food. Region to region there is so much to explore. In these photos I mix a combination of nature, a small amount of balloons for whimsy while respecting the highlight of traditional cradle blessing. I touch it all off with a hand painted sign the clients can keep for memories. My sketches are crap but I assure you the vision is there. Time for SPRING and SUMMER bookings as the season starts now! A fairy ONE happy birthday to darling lil’ Vaani! I love doing babies first parties after I get to do their baby showers. A gentle nod to her “baby in bloom” theme I added the same giant floral stems by her side. Everything had to be perfect, everything had to match theme. What a delight to see her and her sister grow thru the years. I go above and beyond for repeat clients even when it’s late night or last minute wrapping at venue for surprise guests. There isn’t a job to big I can’t handle with my sidekick Deborah who is a dream to work with. She is brilliant with children and craft teaching. We stayed at the mini craft table and made wands, fairy crowns and fairy sticker picture with 17 tiny guests. Not an easy task after haul in and deco but what fun to see kids excited! I do full decor, return gifts, wrap/tags, kids entertainment, toys and activity tables. No, I am not a baker…😆😵‍💫 (So many ask, “can you bake the cake as well?”) But I do have strong recommendation: hire INDIAN BAKER if you want the cakes to taste beyond exquisite. They use the BEST frostings instead of heavy, sugary butter creams. I have lots of opinions on these events. I have thrown hundreds over my life time. 💕

Stunning garden graduation party last night! I did the decorations, provided stunning Buffett, was in charge of photography. Hosted by two loving and adoring parents who are proud of their graduate! I loved every second doing this event with the mom right down to the colors. Family matched in their carefully curated photos and backdrops. Thank you for the experience, I do very much appreciate dream clients. 🥰

Just finished a fun back yard set up for beautiful 3 year old who loves Spider-Man! Complete with matching bouncy house and bubbles. Yes! I do have small children’s bouncy houses for rent. Perfect for ages 18 months to 6 years old.

I thouraly enjoyed creating this Winnie the Pooh birthday party for baby Rudra. This was my third event with family. Each one the client stretches a creative corner with me. Mom didn’t want anything lit up so I bought wood birthday sign, created my own #1 sign, hand crafted Rudra’s name pendant and omitted stringing lights in this venue (which I usually do) I thought it turned out great! I love the color palette with dusty blue, sage green and pastel yellow. Thank you Swetha for opportunity! And shout out to my side kick Deborah who helps me pull it all off in timely manner. There is a LOT of heavy equipment to lift in and out of venues with step and parking challenges. It’s a Tetris game to get it all in and out of my pink van. What you see is a week’s (sometimes 2) worth of prep and after I drive away? Another 4 hours to get it all washed, repacked and back in storage unit. Party’s and events are primarily 80% work behind the glossy photos no one sees. 🥳

Baby in bloom celebrations for this darling couple! I love doing gender reveal parties and this one was so much fun! Couple pops the giant golden balloon and lots of little balloons fly out revealing babies gender. It’s such a fun surprise for all. The day was perfect. Congratulations to a wonderful family! 🥰🎉

Real talk from decorator: Business has been incredibly slow. Economic uncertainty is on most people’s minds, I get it. I still have to create, I love felt and hand stitching. Here are a few things I have made in the slow months. Due to the radical tariff policies enacted I have decided a couple of things. 1. I am not raising my prices. I have enough props to make complete and beautiful events. 2. I am NOT buying anymore props. All decor/event/craft/creating items come and are manufactured in China. There is no way around this. My home package is $550 My venue package is $675 (I decorate up to 8 guest/eating tables. I do not charge tax on returning clients OR referrals 🥳🎉That saves 10%. I have rentals, bouncy houses and will entertain children for $150 with decor package.

Please shop around, you will find my packages are for less than most decorators and you do get more. No, I do not do fresh flowers nor helium. (To costly to clients) The current political climate impacts me and my family greatly. It is beyond distressing for me. I try to put on a happy face but I am not really good with utter ignorance and denial. Yes, I am happy to save a date for you, just know that martial law, protests and finacial collapse is a real certainty as we all go forward in “planning our events” for the summer season. I won’t put myself in a dangerous situation and that includes late night parties in Seattle.

Hiring a decorator is a luxery item. Please don’t try to bargain me down. My prices are firm. If you would like to rent items and DIY? I am now open for rentals on certain equiptment I own. The darling child in photo is my grandson. He is my world. With every dollar spent at my business I can better support him and his parents. Money is nice but it’s never been my value system. I started this business with my need to create and buy fun props. I truly love to create joy for others and as long as I can do so, I will keep going.
