The individual in the picture took his Mini Bike after it was repaired without paying went outside started it up took off. Also had a driver in a flat black Chevy trailblazer older with a female driving it she took off in the truck, .He is from the Monroe area. Police report has been made. If you see him or the Mini Bike call the Monroe Police thanks thanks
