We’re hiring an HR Assistant at CONQUER!

We are looking for someone who is honest, dependable, hardworking, organized, and genuinely excited about the mission of CONQUER.

This is a full time, in person position in Everett supporting our HR team.

The right person does not necessarily need to have the perfect HR resume. Character, work ethic, follow through, and willingness to learn matter a lot to us.

You’ll help with things like:

• Employee onboarding and offboarding
• HR documentation and employee files
• Credential and training tracking
• Recruiting and job postings
• Following up with employees and supervisors
• Scheduling and administrative support
• Helping keep our HR systems organized and moving

HR or administrative experience is definitely helpful.

More than anything, we want someone we can trust, who works hard, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be part of what CONQUER is building.

Location: Everett, WA
Schedule: Full time, in person
Pay: $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, and additional benefits available to eligible employees

CONQUER is hiring!

We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, human services, counseling, substance use disorders, or a related field who wants to build a career in behavioral health.

The role includes working directly with clients, running groups, helping people build skills and work toward treatment goals, and completing documentation as part of the treatment team.

Pay is expected to be around $27 to $30/hour depending on experience and credentials.

CONQUER offers paid time off, holiday pay, health insurance with employer contribution, and opportunities to grow into additional behavioral health credentials and roles.

Experience in mental health, substance use treatment, case management, or human services is preferred, but we’re open to the right person who is ready to learn and grow.

Conversations around the statement "Just replacing one drug for another" is a conversation I still find myself having all the time! This summarizes some of talking points.

As a practicing clinician and the CEO of CONQUER, it hurts my heart when negative posts are made about the company. Not because of reputation or money but because that one comment could deter someone from the getting literal life saving care that this company provides and even if its just one is too many.

I founded CONQUER to create sustainable care that truly changes lives. Most of the revenue we bring in goes right back into creating and growing innovative programs that serve our community. Every choice we make is made to ensure sustainable processes that protect the future of our patients, our staff, and the communities we serve.

Part of that responsibility is ensuring financial sustainability. If a role or practice costs more than it contributes, then resources are being pulled away from the very community we are here to serve. In that situation, the paycheck benefits the role itself while the community loses out — and that’s not something we can allow. That’s why we sometimes have to make difficult decisions: to keep resources focused on patient care and programs that truly change lives.

Our staff have helped change the lives of literally thousands of people — most of them among the most underprivileged in Washington.
