There's lots of pecan pie recipes out there. Our favorite is Mr. Ray's Cold Oven Pecan Pie. We'd share the secret ingredient, but you already know what it is.

Don't forget to pick up your local, Union County-grown pecans for this year's pie! Local makes all the difference!

It's that time of year! We're selling our pecans this year for $12 a pound. They are sealed, vacuum-packed, and ready to be used now or frozen. When you think about pecan pies, we hope you'll think of us!

Available starting today through the holidays. Pick up at 514 Bivens Street in Wingate. Message us to schedule a time for pick up. Cash and Venmo only for now, but Square payments available coming soon!

Blackberry season is almost over! We’re busy this week pruning the vines that have stopped fruiting and pinning up new growth.

We will have a few more cases of berries available for purchase before we run out. Make sure you get yours before the season ends!

Fig season is here!!! We’ve got 5 varieties of figs growing here at the farm, and with all that rain we got this week, they’re all starting to ripen!!

We will start selling figs at the farm in just a few days. Be on the lookout for the start of fig season sales!

Run! Don't walk! To Hank's Carolina Creamery to try their newest flavor: Blackberry Sherbet!! We got to try it out last night and friends, IT IS DELICIOUS!! The Pancha variety blackberries that Mr. Tony used in this recipe are super sweet and taste like summertime. Be sure to stop by this weekend! Mr. Tony made a limited batch, so when it's gone, it's gone, y'all!

Local blackberries from Square Roots Farm combined with a blackberry sour from Southern Range Brewing Co. make a great sherbet! Give it a try! Available now while supplies last.

It's ! This week's recipe is the Blackberry Bourbon Smash, our favorite summer time cocktail! A light, refreshing lemonade based cocktail with muddled blackberries. We love to pair this with a sweeter bourbon (like Woodford Cherry Love or Buffalo Trace) and Simply Lemonade to keep it simple!
