!TRANSFORMATION!
From 230lbs to 186lbs
The picture on the left I was 230ish and uncomfortable. The picture on the right is now at 186 getting ready for my first body building show next year.
There were so many days I would look at myself in the mirror over 220 and convince myself I was doing fine and I looked great and felt good. Hindsight is 20/20.
I've now started my own personal training business and look forward to helping others. You don't have to be a bodybuilder or compete in anything to get healthy. Fitness is for everyone!
Shout-out to & Finding No Limits Fitness really put into perspective what pushing yourself is and surrounding yourself with others who are dedicated and have goals can really do for yourself and your goals
Also shout-out to my coach and friend for the workouts and nutrition guidance. I appreciate him encouraging me and pushing me everyday. I've also learned a lot from him!
