INSTRUCTIONS
1. Open a tub of soft tofu (can substitute cheese)
2. Splash with cayenne pepper sauce
3. Top with honey roasted cashews

1. Old-fashioned popcorn
2. Kettle corn
3. Flavored popcorn such as caramel, cheddar, chocolate, honey mustard and sea salt

WE♡NACHOS: For us, they are like a "baked" soup and we consume a lot of 'em! Aside from the basics – tortilla chips, tomatoes, onions, avocado, jalapenos, cheese – we add whatever else that might work.
In this latest iteration we added:
1. Black-eyed peas with bits of smoked turkey (organic; NO hormones, antibodies, steroids)
2. Green bell peppers (organic)
3. Grilled watermelon radishes (organic)
The result: YUM!

INSTRUCTIONS
Honey roasted cashews
1. Pour enough of your favorite alfredo sauce in a bowl to cover desired slices of whole wheat bread
2. Add lemon juice to taste
3. Stir
4. Spread on bread slices
5. Add cashews
6. E&E (Eat and Enjoy)
Pepperjack cheese
1. Fold desired number of slices of pepperjack cheese
2. Place atop whole wheat bread slices
3. E&E (Eat and Enjoy)

Avocado Honey Roasted Cashew Salad with Cayenne pepper and Lemon dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut whole avocado in half (remove seed)
2. Add lemon juice and cayenne pepper to honey roasted cashews, seasoning to taste

GIVING THANKS FOR THIS TOMATO-KALE TARTE: In under two hours, the enjoyment begins as does the Big Game (SWIPE left).
The tarte is sure to be a winner. Made in the usual way of savory tastes with a couple of twists:
1. Unsweetened applesauce (organic)
instead of
Eggs
2. Unsweetened Good Karma flaxmilk
instead of
Cow milk
(FYI, the cheese is from cows – grassfed Irish) ...

PAL JOEL SHARES A WONDERFUL SURPRISE: "I am a big fan of fresh tuna, but Tuscan Tuna Surprise calls for canned tuna. I used tuna in water, pressed all the water out, and then put in copious amounts of good olive oil.
"What you can't see was that I hollowed out much of a large fresh Tomato, put in the tuna with chopped Celery, Onions, and Bok choy. I added Olive oil, Hot pepper flakes, Toasted garlic, and Oregano and Thyme, and baked it.
"The topping is shaved Scamorza. I didn't melt it because I wanted the contrasting texture of the solid cheese.
"That's a Blackberry. Most berries are good with fish, especially oily fish like mackerel.
"The Croutons are from 100% Whole Wheat Bread from a loaf priced at 99 cents for a pound-and-a-quarter at Aldi." (https://www.aldi.us/)

A QUICK WORK LUNCH AS SHARED BY OUR PAL, BORISS M: Baguette (preferably a few days old), whole lemon, organic mayo
PRE-MADE:
(in a jar)
1. Roasted peppers
2. Fuji apples
3. LOT of cayenne pepper sauce
4. Pink sea salt
5. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
(in another jar)
1. Leftover Impossible burger mixed into a mousse by adding organic mayonaise to bring it to a mousse-like-consistency
(Optional mousse: chicken, liver, fish, etc)
ASSEMBLY:
1. Cut lemon and squeeze onto bread; apply organic mayo, then apply mousse
2. Spread apple salad on baguette for a Salad Sandwich or eat as a Salad only
