Ako niste znali — u prodavnici ne kupujete zdravo mlijeko puno nutrijenata.
Pogledajte ove jadne krave… mnoge nikada nisu izašle iz štale, niti vidjele sunce ni mjesec. Hrane ih, između ostalog, i koštanim brašnom, iako je krava preživar i njen organizam nije stvoren da procesuira životinjske proteine.
Uz to im često daju hormone kako bi proizvodile još više mlijeka. Kada krava ima visok nivo hormona, ti hormoni završavaju i u mlijeku.

Zato ih često “drže” antibioticima da ne uginu.
To je surova stvarnost današnje industrijske proizvodnje hrane.

My goats in nature, on a healthy diet vs industrial milk production

If you didn't know — you're not buying healthy, nutrient-rich milk at the store.
Look at these poor cows… many have never left the barn, nor seen the sun or the moon. They are fed, among other things, bone meal, even though cows are ruminants and their bodies are not designed to process animal proteins.
They are also often given hormones to make them produce even more milk. When a cow has high hormone levels, those hormones end up in the milk.

That's why they are often "fed" with antibiotics so they don't die.
That's the harsh reality of today's industrial food production.
