We are swarming in duck eggs right now. Organically fed, soy and corn free! Fun fact- this soy and corn free food made it possible for me to eat our duck eggs again, I suddenly became intolerant to eggs and suffered horrible side effects when I ate them… I will spare you the details. But once our girls were fully converted to soy and corn free feed I am now able to eat them again.

Facts about duck eggs:
-Higher in protein than chicken eggs
-Contains 3 times the Omega 3 fatty acids as chicken eggs
-Higher vitamin and mineral content vs chicken eggs, exceptionally high in Vitamin B12 perfect for your morning boost
-Lower water content vs chicken eggs making them exceptionally good for baking giving you a nice fluffy bake
-Different protein than chicken eggs so some people with a chicken egg intolerance can eat duck eggs

All around duck eggs are delicious fried, scrambled, baked, boiled, all of it!
