Good day parents, I would like to thank you for your continued support and encouragements. We look forward to working with you for the 2026 -27 school year. With the end of this year quickly approaching, in lieu of our end of year picnic, we have decided to have a party in each class block on June 1st. We are soliciting some donations to make this happen. The list is as follows:

Chips (for 80 cadets)
Drinks (for 80 cadets)
Store bought cookies, doughnuts or pastries (for 80 cadets)
Assorted candies (for 80 cadets)

In closing, we want to thank you for what you have done and will continue to do for our cadets.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the parent involvement committee meeting for this evening at 5 PM has been canceled. It will be rescheduled somewhere closer to the start of first semester of the next school year.

We do apologize for any inconvenience. This may have caused.

Good Afternoon Parents/Guardians,

I am reaching out as we are still in need of more parent/guardian assistance with our Annual Awards and Military Ball on 18 April 2026. Below is a breakdown of what we have and what we still need. Also, the meeting on Wednesday will be at 5pm, my apologies for the mistake in my previous update. If you are unable to make it, just let myself or Ms. Jessie Clark know and we will get you any pertinent information.

As of right now we have the following volunteers:

Mr. and Mrs. Sullivan for Ball Chaperones

Mr. and Mrs. Conrad for Ball Chaperones

Mr. and Mrs. Acosta Set-up, tear-down and Ball Chaperones

Mrs. Murray Set-up, tear-down and ball chaperones

Mrs. Cellucci Set-up

So here is what we still need:

five more chaperones (@ Cypress Gardens around 4:30pm-5pmish until 9:30pm to 10pmish)

two for set-up 1000-1200 at Cypress Gardens

three for tear-down 1000-1100pm at Cypress Gardens

Most importantly, we need more help for the ball itself. Chaperones assist by filling water glasses for the Toast, serving the cadets as they go through the food line and cleaning up tables after dinner. Myself and SMSgt Bellamy and all of our other adult guest are unable to assist in this part of the event. We can help chaperone the ball but we cannot assist during dinner. If we could just get a few more parents/guardians to assist, it would be greatly appreciated.

There will be a volunteer meeting on Wednesday 15 April at 5:00pm.
