Duties
• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Calling customers, as needed.
• Invoicing field tickets and maintaining invoice database.
• Filing and organizing paperwork.
• Reporting on invoice statuses to management.
• Other general office duties as assigned.

• Authorization to Work in the U.S.

***LAYDOWN MACHINE OPERATOR***
Doc's is seeking applications for an experienced laydown machine operator. If interested, please submit an application via our website at https://docsreverseunits.com/employment/ or pick up an application in our office located at 2008 W. Sealy in Monahans.
Skills & Qualifications (Required)
- Valid Driver's License - Must have Class A CDL
- Have at least six (6) months of laydown machine operating experience.
- Ability to safely transport equipment to and from location per company policies and customer requirements.
- Perform pre and post job equipment inspections and ensure equipment is job ready at all times.
- Ability to follow equipment maintenance schedules and perform scheduled maintenance to equipment as required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Shop Foreman.
- Reliability - Must be able to be at work every day as assigned and arrive on time.
- Flexibility - Must be a team player and willing to work in multiple capacities as instructed with a good attitude.

Experience (Preferred)
- Oil/Gas Industry
- Truck Driving/Hauling Large Equipment
