TOMORROW IS NINA'S BIRTHDAY, WE ARE GONNA HAVE SOME FUN! There will be a HIIT class then the schedule is changed for the evening. There will be no combo class or TRX!

We are now offering more morning classes. Come try a class, take a shower, and get ready for your day! Please share and help us spread the word! Happy New Year!

Come get yo sweat on with us Mon-Thu at 5:30pm. Drop in for $7 or buy a punchcard 10 classes for $40. Out classes are only 35 minutes and that's all you need! We end each class with a fun challenge that you will love!!!!

Zumba QC ALL Fit Monday and Friday morning 8:30am, Monday and Wednesday 5:45pm, Tuesday and Thursday 5:00pm!
