O my goodness, i only just started and am overwhelmed. Maybe new owners would just like a full pantry?

We're doing everything we can to keep your kids and our drivers safe. We appreciate your help and cooperation. No one knows what the future will bring, but we're committed to providing the best service possible!

We at First Student would like to remind all drivers that with the nicer weather, there are many more young people riding bikes, scooters and more. Please watch out for our future!

We at First Student were saddened and appalled to hear of the tragic deaths of students in Indiana as they were heading home after getting off their school bus. Daily, our drivers experience cars driving through their red lights flashing as they let students on or off. PLEASE be aware you can never be in such a hurry that you cannot take a moment to be sure our kids stay safe.

School days are here! If you haven't already, check the transportation page on the school district website for bus numbers and times. Please be patient as new students and drivers become familiar with the routine.

$2,000 sign on if you have a current CDL with P&S endorsements
$1,500 sign on bonus if you need to complete training to obtain a Class B CDL

$16 an Hour
25+ hours per week

As a First Student Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to:

Safely transport passengers
Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections
Assist students in the loading and unloading process

Requirements of a School Bus Driver:

Good verbal communication skills.
At least 21 years old.
Valid driver's license class C for at least 3 years.
Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and physical.
