Tutoring and test prep services are available online, in-center or hybrid. Huntington Learning Center offers flexible scheduling and session availability. We offer ACT, SAT and additional Standardized exam prep, tutoring for grades K-12, and 1 to 1 single-subject tutoring for your student.

📚 Study Hack: Don't just read your notes.
Try one of these techniques to better retain information!
1. Flash Cards: Writing and re-writing information can help you memorize the content. Then you can use the flash cards to quiz yourself!
2. Practice Questions: Whether you have practice questions from an app, AI, or your teacher, these help mimic a testing environment and prepare you for the actual test.
3. Teach Someone Else: In order to teach the subject to a family member or friend, you have to understand it yourself! If you can teach it to someone else, you are more likely to recall the information later on.
These strategies use what's called active recall, meaning students have to regurgitate the information out instead of passively reading notes.

🐩🐾🐕 Have you thought about adding a furry friend to your household? Join us for our NAWS Humane Society of Illinois & P.A.W.S. Tinley Park Dog Adoption event, held simultaneously with the Friends of the Library, Frankfort IL Book Sale, in our parking area located east of the main parking lot.
NAWS & PAWS staff and volunteers will have a variety of dogs available for you to interact with and give them a forever home!
