I'm so incredibly proud for this Brave woman to step into a place of vulnerability and strength and utilize a tool I suggested. Yes, it takes immense strength to be vulnerable. It is not the other way around.
Journaling in my opinion is such an amazing tool for healing, reframing, and processing emotion. I hope this serves her while she is growing, stretching and giving herself permission to think differently and allow a higher version of herself to emerge. 💫

So all my essential oil fans... me and Annie
Ojeda recently met and we thought it would be
fun to offer her service at the salon on March
15th in the afternoon by appointment. She
does a research backed essential oil application
on the hands and body along with sharing her
expertise in using oils therapeutically. For this
event she's going to be offering her Aroma
touch therapy on the hands and then if you
want to follow up at another time to seek out
more treatment you can book that with her
when you see her. She did both applications to
me and it was such a soothing experience!!
It's a $15, for a 20-30 minute appointment.
