Hello Dads and Kids!
Our Iuvenis Club is meeting next Sunday, Sept. 14, from 2-5 pm, at our usual meeting place, at Sherwood Park in Modesto.
Make sure you do plenty of squats this week to exercise your calves and thighs, and practice your balancing acts because you would need all that to use the cool toy/devise we will be building for our skillsmanship project.
After assembling our project, we will have a races! Oh, but I bet you will never guess what we will be doing.
Please remember to bring some cash to pay for the project materials you will use.
Please confirm your attendance so we can prepare materials for you.

Visit to Castle Air Museum, Nov. 9, 2013

Hi there Boys and Dads! Our next club activity on November 9, 2013, will include a visit to the Castle Air Museum in Atwater. We will have an exclusive guided tour of the open air museum (an acre or more, really) hosting real vintage warbirds from World War II and beyond. We will also get a very big discount on the entrance fee. Rates are as follows: $3 for kids, and $5 for Dads. We will meet earlier for this activity - 1PM on Nov. 9 at Sherwood Park, Claremont Ave.

On October 12, feast of Our Lady of the Pillar, IUVENIS made a pilgrimage to the shrine of Our Lady at St. Mary's Church in Oakdale, CA.
