JL Bray and Sinclair General Engineering are transforming the Ceres High School Stadium into something amazing. This is an example of how Union contractors provide not only well orchestrated construction management, but a truly quality end product for the Ceres High Unified School District and the students that will enjoy it for years to come. Hats off to JL Bray, Sinclair General Engineering and all the Union Labor and Laborers doing the hard work to get it done!

LABORERS RISING! Local 1130 apprentices, field reps and our Central Valley training coordinator attended both the Waterford High School and Stanislaus County Olympics job fairs where over 900 high school students got a chance to learn about the Laborers Union and the career pathways and pre-apprenticeship programs that we offer. These young men and women are the future of construction!

Laborers Local #1130 and Laborers throughout the state of California are rallying for jobs in downtown Modesto in front of the California Transportation Commission on behalf of over 70,000 members

LABORERS RISING CTC RALLY in MODESTO, CA: The Laborers Union , with members from Local 1130 here in Modesto, Local 73 in Stockton, Local 220 in Bakersfield, Local 300 in Los Angeles, Local 89 in San Diego and the Laborers' Powerful Organizing Dept. alongside our brothers and sisters from the Operating Engineering Local 3 and the Carpenters Union rallied for continued funding for "all types" of road construction throughout the state before the California Transportation Commission and were victorious in awarding a $210 Million project to widen the I-15 freeway in San Bernardino County.
