Recital Tip #3 — PACK EXTRAS! 🎀🩰

We want all of our dancers to be fully prepared for recital weekend, so we always recommend packing extras!

Be sure to bring extra:
• Tights
• Bobby Pins
• Hair Nets
• Hair Ties
• Makeup Essentials

has recital essentials available if you need any last-minute items!

And don’t forget — if you pack your dancer a water bottle, please label it with their name in case it gets misplaced backstage! 💜

✨ SHOW OFF WEEK IS HERE FOR OUR WEDNESDAY DANCERS! ✨

Dancers should arrive wearing their Finale T-Shirt (or dance attire) and bring the shoes needed for all of their Tuesday classes.

📍 DROP OFF
To help ensure the safety of all dancers, we will have a drop-off drive-through in front of the studio. Simply pull up, drop off your dancer, and continue through. Our teachers and faculty will be outside to greet dancers and es**rt them into the studio.

🕓 Drop-Off Time: Between 4:30–5:00 PM for all ages.

📍 PICK UP
For a smooth dismissal process, dancers will be picked up from the following locations:

⭐ Pre-Level & Level I: Studio A Front Door
⭐ Level II & Level III: Studio C Front Door

Parents will line up outside the assigned door, come inside to pick up their dancer, then exit through the lobby and front doors.

🕡 Pick-Up Time: 6:45 PM for all ages.

Another amazing day of Show Off Week! 💜🖤 Our dancers continue to impress us with their hard work, confidence, and growth throughout the season. Every routine is coming together, and recital excitement is definitely in the air! ✨

Recital Tip #2 — BE ON TIME! ⏰🩰

Being on time during recital week is SO important! In order to keep rehearsals and shows running smoothly, we need all dancers and volunteers to arrive on time and ready to go.

🚨 Reminder: On Friday, June 12th during Show B, the Graffiti Parade will be happening downtown at the same time as our show. Please plan ahead for extra traffic and parking delays!

Recital Tip #1 — LABEL EVERYTHING! 🩰🎭

With over 300 dancers backstage, things are bound to get misplaced! Labeling your dancer’s belongings helps us quickly return items to the right owner.

Be sure to label:
• Costumes
• Finale Shirts
• Backpacks
• Water Bottles
• Tights
• Shoes

Please also remember regarding water bottles 💧

🚫 No Stanley cups or similar drink containers are allowed backstage.
💧 Only WATER may be brought backstage.
🏷️ All water bottles must be clearly labeled with your dancer’s name.
🔒 Bottles must be leak-proof to help prevent spills in costume and prop areas.
