Drop a ❤️ if any of these resonate with you… What’s a hard truth that has helped you grow? 🌱🪴 Let me know below ⬇️ Creamy tomato pasta recipe 🍝 1️⃣Fill a large pot with water, salt water, and heat to a boil 2️⃣Mince one shallot and 3 cloves garlic 3️⃣Coat a large skillet or pan with olive oil and heat on medium low 4️⃣Add minced shallot and garlic to skillet and cook until caramelized 5️⃣Add 1 heaping tbs tomato paste, 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce, and 1 cup heavy cream to pan and stir 6️⃣Add 2 tbs butter and a pinch of sugar to tomato sauce and heat until melted 7️⃣Add one box of fun pasta to boiling water, cook until al dente, and drain pasta 8️⃣Pour sauce over cooked pasta and stir together 9️⃣Top with fresh basil, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella Bon Appetit!❤️

When we have inner wounds from childhood.... we attract unhealthy relationships in adulthood.

Imagine there’s two kids with a narcissistic parent One kid becomes a narcissist, one kid becomes an empath What is the difference and what causes this to happen Imagine on the level of the narcissist, you were able to turn down your ability to feel other people’s emotions or energies, and then you are able to use control as a mechanism to get your needs met On the other side of that, imagine you’re an empath, you can feel other people’s energies, you’ve turned up your ability to feel other people’s emotions So what happens is you have an extreme sensitivity to other people’s emotions so that you know how do I have to be in order to get my needs met in order to feel safe So both of these are dynamics people will use in order to get their needs met, and one of the reasons being is because they have the same core wound Both of them believe they’re not worthy So very often this is about becoming aware of this middle ground that exists right in between where you learn subject-object Understand that narcissism and empath are both rooted in an energy of shame But the funny thing is that the way that you get through that shame is by actually allowing yourself to feel it This is what we call vulnerability Vulnerability literally means vulner and ability Vulner means wound It’s your ability to go into the wound, the ability to show the wound, the ability to feel it, and in that feeling of that, you allow that energy to begin to dissipate
