We are out at Modesto today celebrating Stroke Awareness Month. Stop by 2pm-5pm to get some great resources and information from local organizations and businesses.

Our Line Dancing for Exercise class sponsored by Doctors Medical Center concluded their Spring session and what a fun group we had! They encourage us all the keep moving to the music💃🏽🕺🏽✨ Thank you to DMC for your support and partnership to make this class possible. Staff member Andrea was out at the Ceres Community Center & Recreation Department today to do a Young at Heart class and take part in their Senior Health and Fitness Day! Thank you to all who joined us!
