With the cold weather now here, remember to "rodent proof" your residence by sealing off any areas where they can easily gain entry such as broken screen vents if on a raised foundation. Sometimes there's a gap on the garage side door that can easily be fixed by a weather strip. Also, remember to keep any nearby trees trimmed at least three feet away from the roof.
