Thursday morning errands are just better at the Modesto Certified Farmers Market.
This is one of my favorite ways to start the day downtown. A little fresh air, local vendors, good coffee, and a very real chance I’m leaving with more than I planned.
My usual stops?
Penny University Coffee, because coffee is obviously part of the strategy.
The dog treats, because the pups deserve a farmers market haul too.
And the Strawberry Lady, because if you know, you know.
The market is open Thursdays and Saturdays from 8 AM to 1 PM on 16th Street between H and I Streets in downtown Modesto.
