Fall trends 2026, but make it real estate

A few things I’m seeing and talking about right now:

Pricing your home strategically, even if that means coming in under possible appraised value.

Millennial gray taking a back seat to warmer, softer, more inviting spaces.

And buyers asking for closing cost credits when the situation makes sense.

Real estate shifts. Buyer preferences shift. Strategy should shift too.

That’s why I’m always paying attention to what’s changing instead of doing things the same way just because that’s how they’ve always been done.
