Modesto welding will be open Wednesday the 9th of October during the repaving of our street. The repaving is scheduled for the 9th and 10th of this month and parts of Granite ln will be closed including our store front. Do not forget that here at Modesto Welding we sell 10 foot lengths of common steel for your weekend projects. I dont beleive there is another steel company open on the weekends for your steel projects. We are open 9-12 on Saturdays. We will also hold specialty steel from your local steel company for will call on a Saturday. Please call ahead if you woule like us to hold you full length steel pieces for a Saturday will call.

Modesto Welding is looking to hire a Hazmat cylinder truck diver and counter person. Duties would include hot truck delivery of gas cylinders to local customers and part time counter help. Monday-Friday 8-5 and one Saturday a month from 9-12. Pay is dependent upon experience and we are willing to train if needed. Insurance requires the position is held by 21 and over. Come fill out and application and be a part of 50 year old family owned business.

Modesto Welding is looking for a new customer service counter person and welder repairman. There will be several positions opening up here in our work family and we are looking at hiring some new people to fill those holes. Pay is dependent on experience but we are willing to train those individuals that have good work ethics and are able to work well with others.
