A custom-built 1956 Chevy pick-up There are a lot of blood (literally), sweat, and tears that have gone into this project. Many parts were custom-made i.e.

We've been working on this for four and a half years. The original plan wasn't to go this extreme but once we got into it, we just had to do things right. frame, bed, etc. None of these can be bought in a store. Many body mods have been made by Carlos Martins and Shawn Avalos of Mid-Valley Window Tinting. Most of the powder coating was done by Alex Santiago of Cal-Hot Coating and Fabrication. Arc

David Rafferty (Uncle D), you are so missed. Your brother is proud to share that you are the one who helped him make and weld the gas tank for this beast. Every time someone compliments him, he gets a chance to brag about you. We love you πŸ’™

Had a great time today! It was a perfect day for hanging out and sharing all of Carlos Martins's hard work. Thanks John, Shawn, Billy, and Miracle Auto Painting in Modesto for getting us this far. We're able to drive her now and she's looking sweet with her scallops. Still some kinks to work out, though. We took first place in the Ceres Street Fair parade a couple of weeks ago, even though we over heated. Come see us next weekend in McHenry Village to kick off Graffiti Week! πŸ‘πŸ»

So we had a great time at SEMA back in November, but she still wasn't running. Just some kinks to work out with the shifter and harness. We finally brought her home this week and didn't have to push our trailer queen...we drove her into the garage! The last big hurdle is cleared and just a few finishing touches before she's ready to hit up all the local shows. Stay tuned....
